Goodbye Chapped Lips

Cheap And Easy Homemade Lip Scrub

I always catch myself picking at my lips. It's like I can't help it, you know? And if you're like me, girl, I feel you! No amount of water seems to save my super-chapped lips.

I used to think licking my lips would help, but turns out, it only makes things worse. I've tried all sorts of lip scrubs, balms, you name it.

But hey, I'm determined to fix this, even if it means going to the moon! So, I gave homemade remedies a shot since the fancy stuff from the store didn't do squat for me. Ugh and I spent a fortune on those! But guess what? The homemade stuff actually worked! I settled on the easiest and cheapest one because, well, why spend more, right?

What you'll need:

  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 small empty container
Seriously, it's so easy-peasy! No stress, no mess.

Here's what you gotta do:

  • Put some sugar and raw honey in a tiny empty jar and mix them up until the sugar is all coated in honey.
  • Try it on the back of your hand to check if it's too runny or harsh.
  • Put a bit of the mix on your lips and gently massage in circles to scrub off the dead skin. Leave it on for a few minutes, then wipe it off! (Or, you know, you can lick it off, but then you'll be eating dead skin haha!)

You can totally try out this lip scrub once a week or every couple of days. I like to use it before I go to bed, so when I wake up, my lips are looking all cute and pretty. It's seriously one of my favorite things ever. Anyway, enjoy having those lovely, pink, healthy lips!

What's your favorite home remedies for chapped lips?

  2. @Fatin Liyana Make sure to use raw honey bcs most honey that we buy in the grocery store has been heated bla bla bla, losing its many benefits. Alright? :*
